The Clan Lord or Lady is the oldest, most powerful member of the bloodline — the individual around whom the clan organizes itself, the point of failure when things go wrong, and the source of the clan's specific character. Each is distinct. Each carries their root mythology in their bearing, their ability, and their particular understanding of what the Blood is for.

The Commander anchors the Vampire's aggressive identity. Each clan ability expresses a different version of that aggression — escalation, possession, attrition, denial. Losing the Clan Lord triggers Blood Panic, permanently destabilising a warband built on kill-trigger momentum.
